Is this app made by ai? It's pure lag and bug trap. Edit: I am in fact on the latest version. Also the gigacoins are pretty useless as you launched this "service" incomplete with only the promise of it being of value. Meaning? Right know, using other providers is the best option. No store no clear way to spend the coins no elaborated details on packages and half of the stuff won't load properly.

Worst experience ever; I bought an eSIM via the Red Bull app, the payment was processed, and Nafath verification was completed, but after that, it showed error 320020. I called customer care many times, but they only gave excuses. I emailed Red Bull customer care, but I received no reply; they do not care about the customer. Fully unsatisfied, bad experience.

the app is not functioning, they keep sending offers on SMS and when you click on the links it takes you to a blank page on app also the recharge link is not working and now I don't have network on my phone, complete trash
