Red Bull team note my comments and improve your network and customer support. I'm purchase sim lulu marwah branch Jeddah On 21.02.2024 once purchased installed sim on mobile it's shows signal (E) strength full I'm discuss with seller it's normal once move to outside from the mall it's worth good. Once reached my home it's again same signal buffering waste my money and i need to talk to customers care always Arabic even language selection to english. I'm never suggested red bull sim again.
The useless sim I use in my life please don't buy it the internet quality is very very bad and also I was opening my account and waiting for otp end they send it one day later I'm going to throw it to bed service kindly don't use this.

Very unprofessional customer service. They just say what they want to say and just dropped the call they will not listen to your concerns. I was excited at first to purchase your service but it's difficult to activate the Sim. I followed all the instructions but failed. Just wasted my money. Thank you Redbull mobile.
