After I switched from Libra SIM to Red Bull SIM, I am not receiving bank OTP or Absher OTP. I switched last February 19th. Despite complaining several times, they have not responded to my complaints. I haven't been able to resolve my issue. When I go to their customer care office, the office is always closed. I'm stuck with this simport and will at least get my issue resolved.

The network of Red Bull SIM is very bad, the net is running well but when I make a call the net gets disconnected, the network is very bad, the net runs very slow.

I had a login in the Red Bull application before but now the login is not showing. I deleted it. I tried to open this application again. But the login option is not showing. The application is not working now.
