It's easy to edit both the cape and the elytra (plz correct me if I spelled it wrong) but the thing is that I don't know how to upload it to Minecraft, and the thing is I play Minecraft on my phone.

Ok, for one, it dosen't have buttons for zooming and turning! And second of all, every time i try to zoom it colors what i don't want. And it is hard to color, because it isn't as smooth as the skin editer apps they have. And when i try changing colors, it always has the keyboard popping up every 2 seconds. So i rate this Two stars. And i am removing the app

It's a good app, but the adds are extremely annoying, it gave me quite a bit of trouble actually GETTING the png of the cape onto my gallery, and on top of all that, I can't even have the custom cape. This app is good for making capes, but you shouldn't have your heart set on adding it to your character.
