This is a great app for a quick, effective workout. The free version comes with several focused workouts and allows one custom workout. The paid version is about $5 and allows multiple custom workouts. There is a good selection of exercises and stretches to pick from. You set the exercise duration, rest times, and number of sets, and you can rearrange the order of exercises after they are selected. Great app if you are short on time. I have used this app for two years as part of my workouts.

I am 65 years, this is really helping me with keeping an exercise routine. Like having a well disciplined friend motivate you through the workout. I just start the application and do what it says and I am finished in under 20 minutes. Of course, you can easily change the number of sets and rest times to suit your individual fitness level and goals. Very happy with this app!

I tested 8 different 7 minute workout Android apps and this one is the best. It is lightweight (doesn't slow your phone), offers 11 alternative circuits and allows you to do multiple circuits. I like how removing adds only requires a one-time purchase and not a monthly fee like many others. Only improvement I can think of is a random circuit which still balances the muscle groups and strength/endurance exercises, but not a single other app had this either.
