App allows me to login and see my bill and all those other good things but won't let me setup auto pay or one time payments. Tried the website and the login page just doesn't even show when I click it. Hope they fix it in the near future bur who knows. The service is really good and have had a pleasant experience with the drivers so don't discount that!

This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

App & web page are TRASH! I've tried more than 6 times to set up Auto Pay. Contacted CS and they replied with steps on how to setup AutoPay. I already know the setup process!! App keeps returning error that AutoPay can't be setup. Tried with bank acct & credit card. Made initial payment over the phone & was quoted $57 for 3 months. Now have an "invoice' for $90÷ but nothing is itemized. My invoice was sent to my email? The email says I owe $90+ due 1/20. That's it. HORRIBLE Nothing works!
