I do like the clean interface, but it isn't worth the inconvenience of not being able to upload receipts. it even says in their IRS letter that I can upload receipts in the app, but there's no reply to the letter, and I can't upload a pdf as I can on the website... need an awkward photo or screenshot. also, it won't remember my credentials, & it was kind of hard to find after installing. why isn't the app named "asiflex self service" as it is in the store?

App is minimal, not much information available on app. Service is terrible with this company. If you're HR shopping around I'd choose a different vendor. They make it difficult for employees to use the flex card & argue when multiple receipts have been provided. I never had issues until we switched to ASI as our vendor. I've had money withheld for 6 months of payroll, the year is almost over, and ASI still won't release the funds. What good is the tax free incentive when ASI makes it difficult.

The app is very basic. It's easy to file claims, but it was difficult to find where I could see that my claim was processed. I really expected more from this app and was disappointed in it. It is not like the website at all, gives no information about the spending account cards, and doesn't even have a help section.
