I wish there was a way to rotate photos or add and upload photos from my computer to newsletter modules. The video feature often does not work in the app. When I go to send the video it will just send a message that media cannot be found. This app needs to be rebooted often in order for my class roster to show up. You cannot capture multiple moments at once. This is a one picture at a time and send to families kind of app. I have used other apps and this one is on the bottom of my list.

Brightwheel has made staying on top of daycare communication so easy! The daily activity logs for things like meals, naps, and lessons keep us totally in the loop without being too much, and getting photos of what's happening in class is honestly the highlight of my day. Plus, handling tuition payments and digital sign-ins is super quick and reliable. It’s just so simple, organized, and dependable—I’d definitely recommend it!

good functionality, bizarre pay setup. We planned to pay tuition through BW but my partner and I can't see each other's payment setup. I put in a credit card for an initial small fee whereas they connected a bank account. The bank account was showing as set up for auto pay on their version of the app, but in fact the app charged my CC for the full tuition - and those fees are steep. My partner couldn't know the bank account was not the auto pay choice. no longer paying through BW!
