The app works or it doesn't. Rakuten in general is great, especially with the desktop add-on. The app only works correctly sometimes. I've reinstalled and cleared cache and it still only partly works. Sometimes I can't get into any profile/account info. Sometimes the biometrics don't work. Currently I can't see any history, it shows my last trip was 2023 (which is not true.)

Hit or miss. Half of the time you have to follow-up on the cash back cause it doesn't register as a "shopping trip" then half of those times "it's determined to be ineligible" if you use a coupon from the main site Rakuten redirects you too cause it's not from Rakuten (Rakuten never seems to have coupons for the stores I shop at). Save more using the store coupons than using this app & less of a hassle.

Cash back doesn't always track. they took away my welcome bonus then I contacted support and their support is terrible. I talked to them for months with no resolution. The money that did track was never paid to me in February or May like it was supposed to. Now my account is locked and it said to contact support. I spent so many hours during the black Friday deals cash back trying to get as many good deals as I could. All for nothing I guess.... shopback has actually worked for me.
