All was well at first, but after cashing out 3 rewards, my Amazon stopped showing up. I tried all the troubleshooting tips I found online & then contacted customer service. They said they were at a loss & told me to screenshot each order & send each in a separate email. I took the time to do this - in hopes they would fix my account. 58 emails later, they acted like the first conversation never happened & said they couldn't help me anymore. What a waste of time. Deleting my account now.

Not sure what happened, but the app just quit working for me. It refuses to upload my receipts. It will stay on the scanning page for an hour and nothing happens. the circles go around and around, but nothing. ice reached out to customer service and that's a joke. They just give me prewritten responses, regardless of how many I reach out to. It's like they don't even read my emails. It's beyond frustrating. So I suppose now all I can do is uninstall the app. It's useless otherwise.

Only halfway works. I just bought a $500 TV from Amazon and was supposed to get extra points, but the app didn't even find the purchase to give me the original points. Didn't even find other purchases from Amazon either, like ebooks. Doesn't find any purchases except (sometimes) Amazon, McDonald's, and Walmart even though lots of places send me e-receipts. Now this newest update has disconnected me from all of my linked accounts. All of these things need to be fixed.
