The LinktGO app is retiring

As of Tuesday 19 August 2025, new users can’t sign up to LinktGO.

Existing users will no longer be covered for toll road trips using LinktGO from Thursday 18 September 2025. From 1 October 2025, the LinktGO app will be unavailable to all users.

Not happy. I'm on Android and the app is glitching for me. I can't even get past the "Join LinktGo" screen, it just freezes. Have done all of the hacks and fixes and contacted Support, no response. Very disappointing. Seems like others are having a great experience, I can't even get a reply.

Apparently I didn't go through any toll roads yesterday. It would be better if you could scroll today's date down from the top of your phone screen and take a screenshot with the date and "no unpaid tolls" showing at the same time. They still sent me toll roads, luckily I checked back. So if they mail me toll notices, its already paid.

It is a crying shame you are turning this app off. It made traveling on toll roads for country people who only come to the city a few times a year so much easier and stress free. Exceptionally easy to set up Easy to pre calculate toll costs within the app it does everything it says it can do highly highly recommend this app.
