Ratings and reviews

Automatically updated the app, and now the car is "deactivated". Went through the activation steps and although the end of the process says the car is now activated, when it returns to the main screen, the car is still deactivated. Did this multiple times, even cleared cache in the app and it still doesn't work. I'm so glad I paid for a service that I can no longer use.

This app is still pure garbage. It regularly signs you out with no notification. If you have the watch app it won't tell you if you got signed out so it will just continuously try to send commands to the car. And I still don't understand why they stop playing my music if you open the app. And for $80 a year for a feature that you can do from the car remote but is pay walled unless you pay for the app?????? (update had the car two years and some how it has gotten worse)

Doesnt work anymore, just keeps saying the app isn't responding. Hope Toyota fixes it soon. Some of us pay the yearly fee to use these features. Do they get their fee prorated for the time that it actually works? Dec 2025 update. you updated the look of the app. how about fixing it's issues rather than looks. the digital key still won't download, despite being non functional for a year.
