Ratings and reviews

Digital key does not work - I've downloaded the digital multiple times. after half a day, it says I need to download it again. then fails to download. I then have to delete the app in order to download it again and then "transfer it" to a new device. This makes the digital effectively useless, and need to bring my keys regardless for fear of getting locked out. Update: Taking off another star. Unable to access financial services in the app as well.

Garbage App. Nothing like spending over 100k on a new car with connected technology, only to have the app that drives the technology fail. Please fix the remote key. It works for a day or two before requiring a redownload. But to redownload you have to reinstall the app or clear the cache and log in and repeat all the permissions. The notifications are terrible and don't tell you anything you really need to know. I want my phone to alarm like an amber alert. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!

Downgrade the rating from 2 stars to 1. this is not an app this is garbage! Unnecessary notifications, such as "ready to connect and digital key application,...etc. High battery consumption while running in the background. Bad login GUI. I believe Lexus can and should've done better job developing this app. Notifications are not going away unless you disable them and at that point there is no point of having notifications at all.
