Ratings and reviews

I like the ease of connecting to the car and getting notifications about it being unlocked. The app is intuitive and easy to connect. The current interface is terrific for finding the car, locking and locking the car, turning the car on (to cool it down before we get there) and even opening the rear hatch.

Just about everything on this app needs some "help." I have been driving Lexus vehicles for years and love them, but the "non car" technology part of the equation has always been lacking. Their app is pretty much useless, extremely hard to use (can't have different primary drivers if you own two vehicles and allow both drivers to have access to both vehicles through the app. Very difficult to register key to the driver profile. Set up at time of purchase is poor. Takes around 2 hours.

Downgrade the rating from 2 stars to 1. this is not an app this is garbage! Unnecessary notifications, such as "ready to connect and digital key application,...etc. High battery consumption while running in the background. Bad login GUI. I believe Lexus can and should've done better job developing this app. Notifications are not going away unless you disable them and at that point there is no point of having notifications at all.
