sometimes lagging and unable to reset or play while others working well

Feel like cheating. I register package 99k/month to watch movies but cannot, just show support numbers. The staff says I am just able to watch TV shows having Smax icon instead of other movies, while I intend to pay for movies only. There is no notice or clear guidance in advance, so users just purchase and cannot watch all the time. It leaves me a negative experience, not a big money but the way of operating do make me feel like I am cheated. Hope other users to be aware.

The video cannot go full screen (stills showing notifications bar and nav bar), lacks of video quality selector, doesn't go straight in the app but showing an ad screen for current sport live stream instead. Another thing: when I subscribed to the Max plan, day after day I got spam messages and phone calls. Not sure if this is concident or they selling data.
