The app is constantly popping up for my biometrics login. Seemingly every screen transition. Intermittent crashing, just not a smooth experience for what is one of the more important apps in my daily life. From experience, an app like this can perform WAY better.

App crashes immediately when trying to log in. Seems like similar issues to what everyone else has pointed out. If you try contacting the developer/priority using the email on Google Play, it will kick the email back to you. "THIS INBOX IS NOT MONITORED. For assistance, please..." Nobody wants to wait on hold, and the app doesn't work, so I can't contact them there. Just fix the app. Update: after calling and getting in once, biometric still doesn't work. Fix the app!

App is a piece of garbage. The last 3 weeks I haven't been able to log in due to "server issues on their end." Tried to contact them and they just wanted information to access my account. I told them it wasn't an account issue, it was their app. Obviously, nothing got done. Tried logging in directly through the website and got the same error. You'll just have to wait for your forest killing paper statements in the mail.
