Important information for Whistler Blackcomb: Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Tickets are not available at
Whistler Blackcomb this winter season. Please use a physical Pass or Lift Ticket card to access the
mountain. All other app features will be available.

Ratings and reviews

I bought a new pass but it doesn't show up in my epic account. And there is no real way to retrieve it. This app is pretty much 100% useless. Plus, it never remembers your login credentials . Update: 10/29/24 Once the snow skison started the app worked fine, last year. It's buggy again this fall, but I'm sure they'll work it out before I actually need to use it.

I would like to report a bug. ~~~ Reproduction steps: | 1. Open app | 2. Log in | 3. App crashes (Push notification for "Mobile pass inactive" still visible but nothing happens when clicked) ~~~ Environment details: | OS: Android 9 | Model: SM-N950U | My Epic: Skiing and Snowboarding version: 15.2.0 ~~~ I apologize for the harsh rating, but also the application is virtually useless on my device. I'd be happy to revise my rating once I'm able to access the app's functionality. Thank you.

I really don't like the new format. Less information available for tracking days progress and lifts. Also, the removal of the guided tour functions for visiting new areas is a MAJOR disappointment. There is now no need to use the app at all, and you managed to take the fun out of using it. I travel solo a lot and loved the ability to make an itinerary to give me a goal. Bring back the old app!!!!
