It should be illegal to make such trash... why must we go thru so much trouble just to pay our bills? This app is constantly down, but they want their money on time, the app will log you out and then pretend you're using the wrong password, but the password is saved on your device... then when you reset the password, it says you can't use your last password. Anything and everything they can do just to frustrate you and try to make your payments late. Criminals.

I don't like that comed takes their sweet time to take a payment from debt or credit and the app be glitching so much when trying to make a payment that I don't want to over pay them because the supposed error takes my money a couple days later anyways. Just tried to make payments first 350 and second 20 as a test. Got 2 errors already so I'm not trying again. You guys can wait a couple days now to make sure you aren't actually taking the money from the supposed errors.

There's no reason for this app to be as terrible as it is! Try to view bill details? App stops responding. Try to click the bill tab? App stops responding. Try to view usage data? It says an overview is available when you have 2 months of data... I've been a customer for YEARS. But hey, you can sure pay your bill if you wanted! Do better ComEd.
