No longer lets you pay on the app, it just says your bill will be available here once its ready, I've already received it in the mail, just let me pay. You're already increasing the cost per kWh, don't try to make me pay a late fee due to an issue on your end. Use that increased cost to fix the app, please.

One day before my bill was due, I logged into the app to pay and it literally said “You have no amount due.” 2 days later I’m suddenly past due. How does a utility payment app tell customers they owe nothing the day before a bill is due and then immediately flag them late? If a bill has a due date, it should be visible so people can pay it on time. This app is unreliable, and stressful to use. I was going to post screenshots for proof but luckily for them there's no option to do that.

Awful service.Constantly not working and doesn't allow you to access many of the advertised features. Contacting comed is even worse! I was set up for auto pay for years with no issue. They did a 'site renovation' and forced me to sign up for auto pay again. I did. Turns out, the payment default in 'your wallet' is not necessarily the default for auto-pay? How confusing is that?! Went three months with no communication, and got charged a bunch of late fees for THEIR mess. They did nothing to fix
