Ratings and reviews

In general I like the app. It seems fairly accurate, as far as weather prediction can be. My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions?

*UPDATE: Got a new phone and widgets wouldn't load, just show up for a split second, then were replaced by error messages giving directions that didn't solve the issue. May have been related to location permissions, but that's not what the error messages said. Either that or uninstall/reinstall fixed it, not sure which.* App works decently well, other than being pretty slow.

I have used this app for years, and it was fine. However, I recently got a new Samsung phone. On the new phone I started getting dozens of alerts every day for locations I use occasionally. I have changed the notification settings to turn off all notifications except my current one, but the app turned these back on. I would like to receive limited notifications, but I decided to disable all notifications in android settings. I may try a different app.
