I tried calling the emergency number provided on the Cloudnine app, but unfortunately, no one answered my calls. This was quite disappointing, especially in an emergency situation.

Your new app UI is frustrating. The fonts are too light, too small, and difficult to read. Worse, they cannot be adjusted. This is not what users expect.

absolutely third class and annoying after the recent update.. previously the app never used to crash, but since I updated the app which was yday, it doesn't launch and keeps crashing
