Ratings and reviews

First bad experience with this agency. I've had to submit the same documents multiple times, while other agencies process uploads without issue. The background check was fine, but the instructions weren't very clear. I was also required to pay the $10 state processing fee and go through additional hurdles. If documents are submitted on time, they shouldn't need to be resubmitted repeatedly. The credentialing process could definitely be more organized. They need a contact number to report issues

LPN in western PA and I have used this app for over a year. Usually always have shifts available, but not a lot of facilities use this app so you may have a hard time finding one you like. Pay rates have dropped and the distances are always way off. Check your GPS before picking up a shift. Otherwise, very easy to get hired. The process is straightforward. Nurse support is always very friendly, no issues with getting paid and attendance policy is very lenient.

They have plenty of shifts posted and keep sending me notifications to pick up shifts, but they've had my acct in review for like a month now but it says it should only be in review 1/2 days. I email the help desk and she tells me they put hiring on hold but my application will stay in que. Thats the part im not getting, if yall are posting shifts every day all shifts and pretty much one facility then how are you not accepting people. I know people who work at the exact facility & theyre in need
