Ratings and reviews

LPN in western PA and I have used this app for over a year. Usually always have shifts available, but not a lot of facilities use this app so you may have a hard time finding one you like. Pay rates have dropped and the distances are always way off. Check your GPS before picking up a shift. Otherwise, very easy to get hired. The process is straightforward. Nurse support is always very friendly, no issues with getting paid and attendance policy is very lenient.

Not many facilities in Wisconsin and basically none in Iowa. Hard to pick up shifts when they are available and no premium pay rates like other Per Diem apps have.

They brag about their insta pay but won't fix things when the app fails to clock you in. Customer service can't or won't clock you in yet others like shiftmed can. Also you can only take $200 of your pay at a time and you get charged $3 each time. Very disappointed.
