Vale Saúde is a subscription service that guarantees affordable prices for in-person or online medical consultations, exams, medicines, vaccines, therapies and surgical packages.
We have a wide network of more than 3 thousand clinics and laboratories for laboratory and imaging tests, and partnerships with several pharmacies throughout Brazil, with up to 35% discount on medicines.
We provide services in more than 60 medical specialties, such as general practitioners, cardiologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, psychologists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, among others.
There is no waiting period or restrictions for pre-existing illnesses or pregnancy. The values are the same regardless of age, whether for the person entitled or dependents.

Access the application using your CPF, cell phone or email and password. If you don't remember your password, click on “forgot your password?” to do the reset.
That done, now everything you need will be in the palm of your hands!
In “Service network”, find the doctors, clinics and laboratories of your choice.
In the “Request an appointment” tab, you can request to schedule appointments and exams more conveniently.
In the “Statement” section, you can check your balance, usage history and top-ups made. They are made easily and without fuss. Just access “Recharge card” and choose the best payment method. That simple!
In “My data”, you can update your information whenever you need.
Using the “My card” button, access your virtual card, but if you don’t remember your card password, send a new one there. Just click on “card password” and you will receive a new one in your SMS.
IMPORTANT: when choosing the clinic or laboratory of your choice, do not forget to take your virtual card, as only with it will you be able to enjoy the numerous benefits of Vale Saúde Semper.
In the “Dependents” tab, add or view the people you chose to enjoy the benefits of Vale Saúde Semper.
In the “Medicine discount” section, you can search for the closest accredited pharmacies to you and get up to 35% discount on medicines.
Need to research prices? In “Check prices”, you will be able to check the prices for consultations and exams that you need.

And in May 2023, Vivo completed the acquisition of Vale Saúde Semper, a company that for 10 years has facilitated the population's access to doctors, laboratories and clinics at popular prices.
And to continue with this tradition of care, from August 31, 2023, Vida V began to be called Vale Saúde.
