The app says I'm on a payment arrangement but doesn't give the option to pay it off. It says to contact by phone. When you call the number they give, you get an automated message saying to use the app. The help section says the same thing. It's a loop that gets nowhere. Save yourself some time by not using the app at all since you have to call several numbers to try to get any answers.

2 stars because it beats getting paper bills. However, this app is terribly optimized and always logs me out and asks me if I want to use biometrics every time it logs me out. Also, bombarding the user with messages when all they want to do is pay the bill is annoying too. edit: 1 star. lost my bank information so I either pay by card with a fee or I need to find my account and routing information to set it up again. terrible experience.

The overall appearance of the app is bright and appealing, but I had difficulty navigating through it. For example: it was difficult to see exactly where to enter my bank information and payment amount as the screen looked faded, and I couldn't see definitive spaces to enter information. I had to tap all over the screen to get a cursor. Also, why can't I pay more than my agreed installment amount, if I can. The app needs to be adjusted to let a client do that when they can.
