The app is garbage. From slow loading screens to issues with logging in and out, I would never use this for my business. The cellular data it uses and the drain on phone batteries is the break it point for me. There is no reason for that at all. Just another digital micromanagment app that should just go away. I do not recommend using this app or service for your business needs. On that note, all apps like this are trash, Gusto, Rippling, etc. There are better ways without trash apps like this.

Always having an issue logging in. I swear I feel like I have to log in an hour in advance just to see if I can clock in. and it's not always just the app. Sometimes even the desktop version doesn't work. I also hate that I always have to use an external browser. which doesn't make sense. Just let me log in directly in the app. I miss being able to just use authenticator app. So many extra steps.

It was working fine until it needed to "verify it was me." Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of trying to verify my identity, it opens Chrome, I sign in, and then it fails. It will never work trying to verify my identity, and so it will never let me log in. When the app is working, it takes so long just to open, and then navigation through the site is clunky and slow. All this app does is waste my time.
