Limitless Care is the worst medical insurance service I have experienced. There is no effective or reliable way to submit complaints through the mobile service or the app, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues. In addition, the communication is highly unprofessional, which further reflects a serious lack of support, responsiveness, and accountability.

worst health insurance company ever , delayed responses, limited approvals and you have to call the call center to negotiate to get all your approvals otherwise you get nothing very poor providers network specially outside Cairo, even the providers on the network when you try to book them they say they ended the contract with the company due to financial problems although the network is not updated wasting your time and effort . they should call it "LIMITED" not limitless

I used this app. And it's very useful for me.. But when I have updated it I couldn't open it.. I got a message that صحتك keeps stopping and I have to send a report.. I did it several times but it doesn't work.. Please help
