Good first steps, but there is not a way to see what claims you have already submitted that are under review/being processed. The "find in-network provider" tool does not always find all in-network providers, and it seems to have trouble distinguishing between in-network for PPO vs. in-network for EPO. Very good customer service when you have a problem.

I have an extremely frustrating experience using this app. Tried to submit a DCA expense with attachments over the last 5 days and it kept failing on me, asking me to retry. This is not a network issue as I verified my wifi connection. Wasted almost 30 min of my time and I JUST want MY money back!

No notifications on Android because the app doesn't request to set them. Dev needs to fix this. Good luck tracking multiple reimbursements. Chat works great but records not so much. As a service, they're not bad. As an app.... No notifications? Come on.

Thank you for your feedback. Le sigh. We agree that an app without push notifications is a little behind the times… but we are currently working on solutions! In the mean time, if you need to track the status of your claims or reimbursements, our desktop version is actually pretty fantastic, if we do say so ourselves.

What's new

On the app homepage, you’ll notice three new buttons that allow you to quickly explore your coverage, find a provider, and submit a claim. We’ve added an option for you to view your coverage cards, and your deductible information is now available right on the homepage for easier access.
You’ll experience smoother transitions as you navigate through the app, particularly in Get Care and Cards.
We’ve added new illustrations that make exploring your health benefits information more eye-catching.
