This app would have been fine if not for this: when I attempt to log in, it sends me a numerical code to verify. I enter it exactly as it is within seconds of receiving it. It tells me that it's the wrong code. I ask it to send a code by email instead, and it doesn't send me one at all. The email is correctly entered. Please fix this issue.

Login has been dysfunctional for awhile. Now no matter what I try the emailed or texted code is received but when I enter it, I get told it's the wrong code. Alas it is not. It's the exact code you just sent. Makes the app totally unusable. I can only access via online website. Also echoing the other user reporting problems with in-app messaging and the keyboard covering text input so you can't see or edit what youre writing without closing the keyboard. Android latest, newer Samsung phone.

SO MUCH HATE!! Collective Health has recently become the administrators for my work insurance -- it's been a *complete* clown show. This app is -- like CH -- terrible. There's no ability to "see" the password you've typed in to confirm if you've done it correctly. The info displayed is minimal. Trying to type a return message to an advocate brings the floating keyboard over the writing space. Try to view their site in "desktop" mode? Nope-- opens in app view. 0 out of 10 stars, do not recommend.
