Ratings and reviews

The idea of the app is amazing, and it makes communication with the hotel a breeze. However I've had numerous issues. There are items available through the app that the hotel isn't able to provide. All of the links to anything deeper than then one level do not work. I can see the restaurants, but not their menus or reservations system. There is no way to look at past orders placed. The option for ordering coffee for breakfast doesn't work.

slow app in general. ordering room service is glitchy. ordered a regular continental breakfast and did not come with pastries because I didn't choose any because they don't give any options for it.

Partial functionality means complete failure for a brand like Four Seasons. And this app just doesn't cut it. When attempting to order room service, some items and options can be selected, but others can't. I end up having to just call and place the order by phone.
