The products are great! The only issue I found with both the website and the APP (today is my first time using it), it is difficult to change the delivery date. I wonder if there is a way to change the delivery date to a specific date (by pulling up a calendar) or get an option to have it delivered sooner. Maybe I just have not found it.

It's a solid application, but it is not up to date with the website offers. Also I have experienced not getting promo code for the discount via push notifications even though it was stated I will get one. Afterwards I didn't even get the response from their customer service, which is a shame because I really love their products!

Terrible experience. They sent the wrong shipment and rather than fixing it quickly, they’re making me fill out paperwork just to return it. I already paid — their job was to send the correct items. Now I’m without what I ordered and my money is tied up because they won’t correct their mistake without unnecessary hoops.
