Absolutely no communication, nearly a month in and I still don't have my trainers after paying £231.00 I've sent multiple emails asking about updates on my order and just receive automated responses with no real information. Avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for genuine products. I'm obviously annoyed at losing £231.00 but hey ho hopefully no one else will fall into this scam!

terrible i ordered the bugs bunny retro 8 12/20/2025 and I still haven't received my shoes no tracking number nothing when I reached out to kicks crew only thing I'm being told is they looking into it. ive asked for a refund or my shoes and still nothing I spent almost $400 and im pissed of at this situation. the funny part is ive ordered from them several times and this is ridiculous.

very unprofessional. Customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and it is now the 19th and I have no correspondence about my order. I've emailed on numerous occasions with the same automated response of "its processing 7-10 business days " and its CLEARLY been longer‼️
