Ratings and reviews

I can't switch to buyer mode. The only way to use this app is to be a seller. Contacted customer service for some help, they said that the app is being updated and buyer mode is unavailable, and all I can do is wait. Ok, I was waiting a month, and finally, there's an update. I downloaded, but there is no changes. I tried to log out and log in - no success. I even tried to sign up once again using different email - no success. How come? My friend has this app &use it as a buyer. Is it a lottery?

shipping is a little lengthy, but I am happy with the prices. I also love the variety of shoes to choose from, I can look for shoes all day and not see the same ones twice. Awesome collection I have seen so far. Only impatient with the time it takes to arrive, I feel like a kid on Christmas eve lol...

Review as a seller - I will get an alert that one of my items sold. And then later I get a canceled payment by buyer. It is annoying especially, delisting that item from other platforms - 5 minutes later get a "Buyer Cancellation" notice. Then now get a response from Poizon that doesn't understand my review by stating the shoes I am selling there are not available when I have them ready to ship.
