Ratings and reviews

App is average from a UI perspective but horrible integrations with inventory at store level. Some of the items were not available post ordering but the app sent half the order and didn't even refund the balance money - simply added it to the life pharmacy wallet. Also delivery times are more than 90 minutes even though they promise 30 when you pay an additional delivery charge.

Dear Team, I am very disappointed with the service provided by Life Pharmacy's online platform. Your app displayed the product as available, and I successfully placed and paid for the order. However, only after completing the payment was I informed that the product was actually out of stock and could not be delivered. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poor inventory management. Customers rely on availability information shown on your app when making purchases. this is not first time.

If I could negative rating I would. worst customer service I ever received. My order is not ready for 4 days. App says to contact customer support, and customer support is fooling me since 4 days! i gave them 3 resolutions for my issue, they dont accept anything, and pushes me cancel my order, and offers some voucher which is applicable for their own products only, not what I need or ordered. customer care repeats same lines over and over again, and supervisor does not attend calls. Never again!
