App is buggy and inconsistent. Have to log in every time I open it and it doesn't save the info. When scrolling through search results, it will jump and rearrange everything while auto-scrolling further. Pages often do not load. Applying a higher value coupon than one that is already applied does not lower the discounted price. Have to navigate through the checkout process multiple times to ensure the discounted price carries through. Search is a joke and doesn't prioritize specific criteria.

so many wonderful deals, and selection. love it! App doesn't work well. After a request from tech, I explained the issue, and checked the next day after reporting my issues the app asked me to update, I did and wow! it was back to working. A prior update before this issue seemed to be when the trouble started. Anyway, thanks tech person, what ever you did fixed it. bumped a star up, not a five though for the aggregation of not working for several days.

I'm trying to delete my account, and the app doesn't have a clear way of doing it. The settings options hide each option of changing password, email, address, etc, so it's confusing to sort things out. The customer service is all AI and not well at solving issues. Also, the annual fee to get free shipping is difficult to stop, so you have to either remember to not renew the service in a year or let them take $20 out of your account.
