I'm trying to delete my account, and the app doesn't have a clear way of doing it. The settings options hide each option of changing password, email, address, etc, so it's confusing to sort things out. The customer service is all AI and not well at solving issues. Also, the annual fee to get free shipping is difficult to stop, so you have to either remember to not renew the service in a year or let them take $20 out of your account.

If you're looking for something specific, it is incredibly hard to navigate. The results sometimes just keep repeating as you scroll until you refresh. Also, if you're on the web page, it'll force you into the app without prompting. Finally, the checkout page has this super spammy addition asking you to complete your purchase by adding an additional item, but this is for every single item. Dismissing the section does nothing, it'll just come back regardless.

I'm giving 1 star because the app doesn't show the products you search for, something I really hate, a whole whole lot. Other than that, I have purchased from Overstock in the past before the app and before anyone really heard of them. They have good prices on a lot of items. But if I search with any retailer and their app doesn't give me what I search for, then they lost a potential buy. If I search for jewelry and see diamond inchrusted napkin holders, robes, pots, etc... Forget it.
