Ratings and reviews

I've been using electrum as my go to software wallet and its features are great but the mobile app is full of bugs. It freezes and crashes quite often, the keyboard won't load at times, it won't let me go back to a previous page without restarting and now I cannot create a new wallet. It worked ok for a year or so but it seems to be getting worse.

Electrum is simply the best and most straightforward Bitcoin wallet out there. It’s highly reliable, secure, and gets the job done perfectly. However, the interface is starting to feel a bit outdated. It really needs a modern look and feel to match its excellent functionality. Still a 5-star app for its core features!

funds in easy, funds out impossible, help. I went to the website for help but its not easy to get a reply from a live agent.
