Ratings and reviews

American Benefits is an expensive, ANTIQUATED company. They make it difficult to get set up with a log in and password for the app so I never got to use it. ABC does NOT provide 7x24 service. If you don't know they close at 4 pm EST, you're just left waiting for someone to pick up the call. They're option to enter and transfer to a direct extension seldom works.

Seems that they have done a lot of work on this app. Much better.

So simple a Ryan Scott can use it.
