Pretty terrible experience with this app and devices. Connecting to a device is a real pain as the connection method often just doesn't work. You have to repeat the same process multiple times until it happens to connect properly. Regularly forgets devices and there seems to be no way to reconnect to a previously registered device. You have to repeat the above process (for every single lightbulb too).

Bought bulb, downloaded app, refuses to connect, tried easy way, and ap method. All recommended actions (2.4ghz, in view of router, Password correct etc) done. Still no connection. Help is useless. App website developer link on Google Play goes to local light reseller: which has no useful info at all: so how do I contact help?

App has corrupted for fourth time shows group lights don't respond, but if select lights individually in group they respond, pendants keep forgetting settings getting to point of returning lights not fit for purpose Update worst decision of house build putting these lights in can control individually but grouped now won't work some hold memory of where they should be colour and brightness wise others don't, constantly having to update individual ones as grouped function not working Corrupt again
