I've been using Reshape for a while now, and I must say, it's been a game-changer in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. One of the standout features for me is the seamless meal tracking. Amazing app 10/10 great how you can track vitamins and minerals although some foods do not count, shows cognition health, bone health ect. Premium is well worth it okay price, only thing I want to see is the vitamins and mineral tracking improve eg copper and iodine I'm having trouble tracking. Would also like to see a way to manually add vitamins and minerals eg from supplements or to manually adjust the vitamins in a food.
