Ratings and reviews

App is garbage. Wouldn't even open 80 percent of the time I tried to use it, wouldn't save workouts or synch with treadmill except to control it, *if* the app even opened in the first place. Since there's no workout history, it won't sync with my fitness tracking apps. Useless. Uninstalled the first day I downloadeded it. No one has time for this level of nonsense. Deeply disappointed that Horizon doesn't offer something better/useful. I'll just manually control the treadmill & log my workouts.

I've edited my original review: If you are having a hard time connecting to the app via Bluetooth it is likely that there is a FIRMWARE update for your machine. After installing via USB, I was able to immediately connect. This was not mentioned in the instructions incl w/ the machine nor the details in the app store. The app now works as expected. -1 for lack of dev support w/in the store. Clearly users could use a little direction.

Horrible app! It takes forever to connect with the Horizon treadmill. I keep having to unplug the treadmill and reboot my tablet so they talk to each other. My last 3 days of history were lost. I configured the custom workout and it worked great once. The second time it just ran at .5 mph for one minute then stopped. The app shows the correct workout but it's not getting to the treadmill. At this point I've disconnected the Bluetooth and just run the treadmill from the console. App is useless.
