Slow to open, the computer voice is hideous, cannot download Malay for offline, tried the photo recognition and just a spinning red circle forever. Tried using it to read a Malay SMS from the government about the lockdown, using the translate from clipboard feature. Didn't really work; would be quicker to just paste into Google Translate, but then it left me with a notification about the clipboard that I could not get rid of. On the good side it did understand me and translated my speech correctly, but sometimes repeated me in Malay, and sometimes.. didn't? The English voice was OK but a woman's voice when i'm talking to a man? Uninstalled and unsubscribed.

Well I'm glad I didn't pay for this app since I discovered that it doesn't support an "audio" format for English to Hmong. (2) stars since it supports text and has a nice user - friendly interface. I really need audio/voice in Hmong and it's such a bummer that I didn't t get to take advantage of my 3 day free trial. Please add audio English -> Hmong and I will definitely recommend with a 5 star plus a reinstall. In the meantime I must cancel my trial subscription so I don't get charged.

I mistakenly down loaded this app on my PC and cannot find a way to cancel this subscription, they me a notice stating that my subscription would be canceled for none payment, and I left at that. But steal 2 half week later they still debite my account, is there any one that can tell me how to cancel this I can't find a number for them having a customer service to address this problem
