The app now appears to be working - thanks for your kind attention! When I try to view my test results the app tells me my phone number is not registered, and to log in with a number that is not mine. How can this be, when the initial log-in required my correct phone number! Very frustrating, as we are required to use this app! What are we supposed to do? How do we get our information - to know we are well, and not contagious? This app is a big fail!

The App has a serious issue! Phone reboots once you open the app. The issue been plaguing my phone for over a month and no one seems to care. removed it and never installing it again!

my phone is Samsung Ultra and I am not able to open this app..whenever I opened it my phone is switched off and restart
