MOI UAE provides smart services to be used by individuals and companies as well. The application provides services that covers three main sectors of the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates, which are the following:

1. Traffic and Licensing (Vehicles Licensing, Driver Licensing, Traffic Fines and Plates Services)

2. Civil Defense (Institutions Licensing, Trading Companies Licensing, Drawings Approvals, Prevention and Safety Procedures for Vehicles and Awareness and Training Services)

3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)

In addition to the smart services, the application provides many smart features such as the nearest service center location as well as a ticketing service to book your appointments before heading to service centers. It also provides news and information about the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates.

Ratings and reviews

Traffic File opening eye test payment submissions online are not available and after online payment submission location needs to provide a visit to the location This feature is missing so file opening is not fully automated Service centers are not selectable So the app have bugs to fix this issue

Takes a lot of time to open and doesn't show the accurate information.on the rta app, I can see I have a fine in my license, but when I open MOI, it shows no fine !!

UNABLE TO RENEW VEHICLE REGISTRATION. Login with UAE pass is not working. It just keep loading and displays a message of unsuccessful login after a long time. Please resolve ASAP. This new update is not good of only uaepass login.because the username and password login was good so any person dont know about uaepass. Moi team so please change the app to same like first to the username and password and register option also
