Ratings and reviews

After having the app for a long time , suddenly all my medical records have disappeared! I have contacted them on numerous occasions but all they say is change password which I can't as it won't accept my details! I have not received any help even after contacting asisa by phone. They don't answer my emails asking for help. Surely by my records disappearing and not being able to access my records is a security breach? My hospital app is good. I have contacted the email below 3 times , no luck.

My authorization was without attention for 2 weeks, so I was forced to contact their phone line that is fully automated (robot) without any way to switch languages. I was promised that it will be handled swiftly - they took another day to finish and deny the authorization, and volante which I need authorization for is over 30 days old now, so I need to visit the doctor's office 40 km away again to renew it. App is also horrible, single language and constant crashes. Avoid if possible.

The information and processes are not clear. I submitted an authorization request for a MRI and they declined it because I didn't send them the report from the doctor. There's no input for adding any reports or additional documents in the authorization request section. I called asisa and they said that the authorizations are managed via email , they gave me the email where I sent the info. What's the point of having an app for authorizations if you need to go through this? It is a waste of time
