The Owner's Manual and the Common Areas Manual are a way of guiding the owner and the supervisor on how to care for and maintain the property. Our objective was to prepare the Common Areas Manual and Owner's Manual in compliance with the standards ABNT NBR 14037, ABNT NBR 5674 and ABNT 15575, informing the warranty terms, making suggestions for the maintenance management system and informing technical assistance contacts to users and building managers, but with new technology for the comfort of the owner and the supervisor.
