Identifying and reporting the issues you come across in your day helps make City Hall aware of important issues and helps them to be responsive to the needs of the community.
• Just point, click and submit real­time information on issues
• Attach a photograph to illustrate the problem
• Assign the location of the issue, or the app auto­assigns it for you. City Staff will receive your case immediately, and you can even use your phone to check on the status and receive messages from the City on your request as it is processed

App does not allow posting of pic. App won't respond to Submit request. App wants you to choose facility in question but 1922 Artesia Bl. RB is not on list to choose from. So app won't submit request. Total waste of time.

Unable to submit requests. Message that server is unavailable is the response after every attempt.

Always says server is unavailable when trying to submit issues to the city
