Password acces is completely useless. Username and password work when using a computer, but for some the app will not recognize. Changed three times and same issue. It's pretty useless and after reading other reviews that are a month or even older, there doesn't seem to be any effort to try and fix. I've had this app installed since the beginning of the year and it has been updated. I'll give it one more month then uninstall.

This is for version 6.1. I was able to log in and then turn on fingerprint login (which works). But I've got two major gripes: You can't upload a document, only photos. And it doesn't install a widget which means you have to go through Play Store to open it each time. Seriously?? What app doesn't install a widget?!? PLEASE update the app to install a widget AND to allow uploading PDF files.

Absolute garbage. Just like their website. Tried to log in multiple times. Would not let me log in, wrong username/password. Verified I have correct username and password by logging into the website, which is absolute garbage too. Denied access to all again. Deleted app. Cannot wait until employer changes providers again. Oh, did I mention that Mercers web access is garbage both from a PC and their app?
