Not compatible with password manager, fingerprint, face ID etc makes it a lot more risky having to enter your password everytime. Somehow it also stopped displaying my balance, which applies to the web portal as well. Additionally, all my inssurance cover seems to have disappeared from my profile. Hoping this is only teething issue that it will get resolved promptly. On the plus side, the UI has potential and I think it could provide excellent UX, hope the dev team will take feedback onboard.

Thank you, Jennifer for sharing your experience with the app. We’re currently investigating the issue of your balance and insurance not being visible. We’re also working on enhancements to the login experience like Face ID, Touch ID and PIN. We’re committed to ongoing app updates to make things even better.

Why did they bother with this? Does not allow you To manage super allocations, and make withdrawals from this. Unlike so many of these apps in other superfunds. Why Should an Australian use the US app? It's pretty typical of the service that we've come to expect of mercer , incredibly poor. Many other super funds have from what I see from my friends a much better app and service. eg Vanguard. Also , performance is very poor in the cash and interest rate markets. Lower than market rates
