The app worked so much better before the update. Now to log into the parent account, I have to enter an eight digit pin as opposed to a four digit one and the numeral keyboard is gone, so I have to use my regular keypad, which just makes the extra digits even more inconvenient to input. I also can't scroll up about half the time I use the app. I can scroll down the page just fine, but not up. I then have to back out of the student or class I'm looking at, or reset the app entirely. Please fix.

Since the new update changed the dashboard it is extremely hard to navigate and see what your child has completed. With the old setup you could easily click on any tab to see things like, classes completed, hours spent, how many times an exam was retaken, how many steps are done; that is no longer the case with the new dashboard. The app is no longer user friendly for parents or children, very hard to navigate.

For mobile phones, the interface is small, but that's all I've got to say. On the other hand, though, this app on chromebook is lacking. There is not an easy way to scroll up and down to read something long in English Class and other classes. And sometimes the login wouldn't work until you've closed the app and type random words into the Acellus ID and password. Then it'll give you a choice to Autofill saved passwords or not.
