We've been using acellus for a few years now, and I have loved it. Up until last month, when they made it so my kids couldn't access through their internet browsers, they HAD to download this garbage app. It crashes, videos dont play, trouble with log in, and on their tablets, it won't even open. Then if you try it on a cell phone, the screen is so small you miss important helpful information. Absolutely would NOT recommend.👎

The app worked so much better before the update. Now to log into the parent account, I have to enter an eight digit pin as opposed to a four digit one and the numeral keyboard is gone, so I have to use my regular keypad, which just makes the extra digits even more inconvenient to input. I also can't scroll up about half the time I use the app. I can scroll down the page just fine, but not up. I then have to back out of the student or class I'm looking at, or reset the app entirely. Please fix.

Ignoring the fact the app is buggy and I think forcing all of your students onto it was a mistake, the fact the app tries to get you to reload the page whenever you drag down is AWFUL. This feature would've been fine if it didn't prevent me from dragging and dropping blocks downwards for coding?? I thought maybe this was just a problem on my Chromebook but no, when I downloaded the app on my phone it STILL wouldn't let me. Do you want me to do my work or not?
