Could of been a great game but unless you want to repeat same levels literally 1000 times over it's a pay to play, not only is there far too many packs and offers but they are insanely overpriced, it's criminal how these games are getting ruined, they could charge 20% of the price, become a mega online game and get rich but every single one out pricing people, go on steam and get a 5* game for £10.

Would be a fun game but there are far too many bottlenecks to progression and the ways to get around it are far too expensive as it would be an ongoing cost. If memory spheres went away it wouldn't be so bad (this is a currency you need to auto win battles you've already fought, which is necessary for upgrading your characters). Yes, you can fight them manually and possibly earn memory spheres in the process but this is extremely time consuming and ultimately boring due to the repetitiveness of doing the same battles over and over. If you have a lot of money to burn, then this would be a fun game. If, like myself, you don't want to spend more on a mobile game than a AAA game on a console or PC within a matter of weeks then I'd strongly consider another game.

Great game visually and plot wise. Good points end there though, as with most mobile games, AoM is a pure pay to win cash grab attempt. The developers will no doubt refute this saying "everything in game can be completed freely and without in game purchases", what they do not say is how impossibly long of a grind it is to do so, with constant offers to pay being thrown at you. Only being able to play a certain number of missions per day without paying is also not evidence of a "free" game.
