This is my first time experience with this app and I'm so disappointed with the customer service support. I downloaded it because I need to sell airtime to cash, they made me transfer my airtime to a certain number and asked me not to call the number and at the same time I am yet to receive the airtime payment in my balance, it's over 3hrs and I'm still waiting. Looks like I've been scam by this app or something. The customer service isn't responding. So be careful with this app!

I haven't yet started using the app effectively because I am still very much unsure of whether it's reliable so I will just rate it 2 for now, I wanted to convert airtime to cash but it's saying 1k is the minimum and I don't want to gamble with such an amount because some of the reviews are not really good, so I am half and half unsure of using the app yet. can I have More reviews on the airtime to cash to just be very sure, because I don't want to gamble and end up with a bad experience.

This one of the most stupid app. if you don't want your money to get stuck. stay away from this app. you can't verify BVN and you need it to withdraw funds. most part of the app is not responsive like the customer care part. customer care take about and hour to reply to your message and they just copy paste. they don't know anything about the app or issues that users might be trying to report. it's stupid seriously.
