Ratings and reviews

Logging in is ridiculous every time the app updates, your login info is missing. Not a problem, I'll just re-enter it. Takes my fingerprint to verify it's me. Then it sends a code to my email. Then it tells me to set up a passkey. Then it asks for my finger print again. I'm a millennial and even I think this is ridiculous. I won't use the app, I'll use my computer. Uninstalled. Do not recommend.

I would seriously question the security of this company. I've called more than once to try to speak to someone about receiving secure chat requests from our company profile after demoing taxdome and choosing not to go with them. They said they would look into it and email me or get in touch with me once they figure out the issue. They never get back to me. We also requested the deletion of all of our data. Clearly that never happened!!!

It would help if the app would let you view your tax return sideways. also, you have to remember to click on two things when uploading documents. The first is "attach" and you think you're done, but you're not. Otherwise, I like the app very much.
