The mobile experience has been designed with your usability and user experience in mind.

I'm giving this app 2 stars. when it works it's perfect. My samsung ultra (2 years old) has no problem with any app I run except this one. I just finalized my taxes and can't pay my bill due to the app freezing up. I've had this app freeze up repeatedly during the entire process. Log in it would give me enough time to type email then freeze up when changing fields to password. id minimize and pull it back up and sometimes it would allow the password. Once in the app id have freeze ups as well.

Logging in is ridiculous every time the app updates, your login info is missing. Not a problem, I'll just re-enter it. Takes my fingerprint to verify it's me. Then it sends a code to my email. Then it tells me to set up a passkey. Then it asks for my finger print again. I'm a millennial and even I think this is ridiculous. I won't use the app, I'll use my computer. Uninstalled. Do not recommend.

User-friendly. Easy to scan documents for uploading. Convenient chat feature for connecting with our tax professional. Able to work back and forth between the mobile app and the files on my laptop. Tasks and notifications keep us on track throughout the process.
