I'm not very technical but managed to read, understand, and hopefully completed all correctly.

Much easier to upload documents and get things to my CPA than with other software. I really like that it renames documents once you upload them as well so it is nice as I don't have to save them in any particular fashion when I am downloading them from the different sources.

Easy and efficient process.
