Not working since last update. Why not fixed yet?! Thanks for responding , but still uncomfortable for requiring phonecall access and also no security question required like before Not working after last update!

Since I downloaded the app,it has always been crushing. yesterday, I tried logging in vain. It's not opening.

Four days still Beneficiary name not added!! then received sms activating former Beneficiary which I didn't ask!! then added the Beneficiary in the wrong section of transfer!! then the name disappeared without telling me!! they play with account.. be aware.. extremely bad customer service, online WhatsApp service is useless automated, email customer helpline answer irrelevant after 24hrs, telephone calls are always busy.
