Ratings and reviews

Not the most intuitive app (UX not very good), but most things work. One really strange thing is the deadline for online check-in...why can't you use it later than 14:00 on the day of arrival?? Never seen this with other hotel apps. Also, there's no explanation -- the function just disappears (not even a unaccessible/grayed-out button), so nearly impossible to understand what's going on.

Selecting dates doesn't work properly, the calendar glitches out. The text said June 10-13 before I booked and after I booked (and paid...) I get an email saying my dates are June 11-14! Completely unacceptable from a hotel app.

Can't access the my stays page, there's permanent overlay on top of it which doesn't go away. Have tried to contact support two times about it, no replies.
