Horrible app. It gets logged out automatically frequently and I have to login again. I placed an order and needed to exchange the order. The whole process of return or exchange is very messy, unclear and confusing. There is no dedicated section for refunds, once has to go through so many steps just to reach to the returns/ exchange window and even then problem isn't getting resolved. Cumbersome and inefficient.

It's a great brand. But the UI of this app is a bit confusing. You can only add a product in your wishlist when it is in the preview screen, the browsing screen. After you have opened the product details, there's no way to add it. It's a bit annoying. I added at least 15 products in my wishlist from both the website and the app. I deleted the app later and downloaded it again after a week. My wishlist is completely empty! I don't understand! Pathetic.

Extremely disappointing products — products are nothing like the heavily edited photos shown on the app. Cheap quality, poor fit, and nowhere near worth the price. Refund policy is a trap: no money back, only gift card, plus ₹100 deducted if you need to return for any reason. Feels like a scam designed to lock you in. Overpriced, low-quality, and customer-unfriendly — I’ll never buy from Miss Mosa again and will warn others to avoid it.
