The price on app and store are different, store don't price adjust online like other stores do. the store keeps a product on hold and asks to order online for store pick up to get sale price and as they have kept on hold the product shows unavailable if they are low stocked or last pieces. So overall experience very poor. Plus the app went down on Black Friday weekend for sometime on my android which was very strange. So overall my shopping experience was poor but the products at H&M are good.

the worst app ever. whatever you add in the cart is gone within few days. it disappears. I scanned few items in shop and added them in my apps cart, as I needed to add few more items in my online order later on. next day when I opened the app everything scanned and added in cart was no longer there. tried to find those items again and by the time I was close to finalizing, the initially added products were lost in some hell.

App and mobile site do not recognize my login credentials but the desktop version does. I've received an email with a discount code for 25% off but keep getting an error message when trying to apply it at checkout. The message says that it's invalid despite the fact that I'm logged in (on desktop version of site). I find shopping online and in the app extremely frustrating.
