【Instructions for use】

4. After the review is passed, check the tasks assigned to me in the task interface
5. Perform tasks, submit tasks
6. Complete real-name authentication and bind WeChat
7. After the task result is approved by the project manager, the payment will be sent to your WeChat account

The task system is incredibly confusing. I kept getting bounced between different sections of the platform, and every time I thought I was in the right place, it would either log me out or tell me there were no tasks available. One part of the site would say “tasks are open,” another would say I wasn’t eligible.

Unable to login, I've submitted three ticket and gotten no response

The update of appen task is worse after recording 2-3 task it just keeps on loading and we can't record furthur. And the uploading system is also too slow it consumes more time to perform simple task due to which we can't focus on task properly. And we also need to keep on updating every 2 days I don't think such fast updating is required if it's performance was good. It just confuse us more and we can't perform and submit task on time. So, please fix this problem as soon as possible.
